The Bookmark bar is controlled by the Bookmarks.nsf database.
Method 1...
Close Notes client and delete your existing bookmarks.nsf file, open Notes it automatically recreates your bookmarks.nsf from the template.
Method 2 (if you have designer installed)...
Open Bookmarks.nsf in designer and in the UserBookmarkOrder Outline element add an entry back in the outline list as a computer link with @LaunchApp("ADMIN") in the source element, "Domino Administrator" in the label element, "LinkAdministrator" in the image element, !@IsAppInstalled("ADMIN") in the hide when element of the outlin entry.
Method 3 (again with designer installed)
open the bookmarks.ntf, then edit the UserBookmarkOrder and copy the Domino Administrator outline entry, locate the same outline in bookmarks.nsf and paste back the Domino Administrator outline entry...
Whichever method you choose, once complete close and re-open notes and it will re-appear
